If you lose access to your Authenticator App and can no longer obtain your 6-digit code, this guide will walk you through the steps to regain access to your ConSol account.
NOTE:
Only your company's System Admin and HR Admin can initiate an MFA + password reset.

If you are a System Administrator and need to reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for a user, please follow the steps below:
1: Head to the navigation bar and select "Find Users."
2: Select "Edit" next to the user whose MFA and password need to be reset. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Reset Password + MFA."
3: To confirm the Password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) reset, click "Yes" on the pop-up window.
4: Once these steps are completed, the user who lost access to their account can regain access by following the instructions below.
