NOTE: The MFA update is scheduled for March 28th. To prepare for the release, we recommend downloading an authenticator app and reviewing our helpful guides in advance.
The ConSol team has worked hard to integrate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to strengthen the platform's security. The steps to set up MFA are as follows.
1: Depending on your operating system, download the Google Authenticator app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS).
2: Visit the ConSol login page, enter your credentials, and click "Login." You will be redirected to the first-time authentication screen shown below.
3: Open the Google Authenticator app and tap the "Add Code" button or the"Plus" icon in the bottom right corner. Next, choose the "Scan QR Code" option and scan the QR code generated by ConSol.
4: Once you've scanned the QR code, the Google Authenticator app will generate a 6-digit TOTP (Time-based one-time password) code that changes every 30 seconds. Enter this code into the "Authentication Code" field on your ConSol screen and click "Verify."
If you have lost access to your MFA code, you can find the help guide HERE to troubleshoot.
