Before you can reassign an Order to another user in your team, please ensure that you have configured order allocation for the relevant workgroup(s) in the relevant roles.
1. Navigate to the appropriate worklist
2. Find the order you want to assign to another user
Assign means that the order has not been acquired by a user
Reassign means the order has been acquired by someone
3. Click on either 'Assign' or 'Reassign'
4. Select the user you wish to assign/reassign the order to from the user selection pop-up.
