Updating your active orders with information prior to being on-site is possible via Plan Mode in Consol Mobile.
Documentation relevant to on-site teams or your customers can be uploaded here. Images not required as evidence of work can be taken here too, such as a photo of a vehicle used that isn't required as evidence of work done on site.
1. From your Active Jobs worklist, select your required order.
The job opens in Plan Mode on the summary screen, allowing you to check your order details prior to anything else.
2. Navigate to the Documents tab and select the icons to upload files or take images and videos.
NOTE:
Images taken in Plan Mode will not have watermarking applied. No geo-co-ordinates or order information will appear on photos taken in Plan Mode.
3. Navigate to the Notes tab to add notes to your job.
NOTE:
Notes added within ConSol Mobile are visible to both customers and suppliers in Consol.
4. Navigate to the Surveys tab to complete any customer issued surveys that may be required.
Click to Work Mode when you've arrived on site and are ready to start work.
