Easily provide relevant observations while in the field by adding notes to a job.
1. Select the job you want to add notes to from the appropriate worklist: Pending Jobs, Active Jobs, Completed Jobs or Refused Jobs
2. In plan mode, select the notes icon. This opens the notes screen, which lists previously recorded notes and activities and allows you to add a new note.
3. Tap on "Add new note here" and begin typing
4. Once ready, press ADD. Your time-stamped note will be displayed at the top of the list of job notes.
NOTE:
- All notes added to an order via ConSol Mobile are visible to both Customers and Suppliers.
- Notes can also be added in work mode as part of the activity you are completing. A history of these activity notes can be viewed in the history section for each activity or on the notes tab in Plan mode.
