Easily notify your customer of relevant observations while in the field by adding a note to an order.
1. Open the main menu
2. Select the relevant worklist the job sits under; Pending, Active or Completed.
3. Click on the relevant job Order Number
4. Select the Notes icon from the top of the landing page
5. Tap of "Add new note here" and begin typing.
6. Once ready, press ADD
Please note that all notes added via ConSol Mobile are visible to the customer.
