Surveys are presented to users seamlessly across both ConSol and ConSol Mobile for a consistent experience that enables field crews and office teams to complete the task.
Surveys can be available for selection from a library or enforced at the appropriate moment in the workflow. Once submitted, the survey may undergo a formal review process that can block the order from progressing. For instance, the customer may block field works from beginning until a risk assessment is submitted by the field crew. Once the risk assessment has been approved, the order can progress.
Surveys are flexible in nature and can take a variety of input, including text, lists, images, video, other documents, and more. The data in the survey response or decision from the approval group can populate other order details, attributes and status, such as the identified level of risk being captured for reporting and visibility in the order header.
The library of surveys and responses are captured in a new Surveys tab that appears on every order in ConSol. The Surveys tab records the current status and survey responses. Users can start, continue and cancel surveys from this tab. The order history records all of the status changes and events that occur during the survey lifecycle.
Email notifications can be configured to ensure reviewers are informed of new submissions and the results sent to the requester.
