Suppliers and customers are now able to easily identify orders where users have flagged themselves as on-site, across ConSol and ConSol Mobile.
Reducing administration through visibility of which order locations supplier teams are actively working, ConSol On-site awareness enables safety checks and site visits to be co-ordinated easily exclusively through ConSol Mobile.
To begin works from ConSol Mobile supplier users are required to confirm that they are on-site at the order location. Whilst their device is active, a heartbeat check every five minutes confirms their continuing on-site status and collects geo-coordinates of the user's location.
ConSol Mobile comprises of two distinct modes that provide for the management of orders via a mobile device- Plan and Work mode.
Plan mode functions as the starting point of an order allowing for the reviewing of order details, taking and uploading images and files not related to on-site works and even pre-work variations.
Work mode is designed for the updates to an order required when on-site including taking photos with the required watermarking and location information.
When transitioning from Plan to Work mode, users will be prompted to confirm they are at the order location and ready to begin work.
The on-site indicator is now visible against the relevant order location on the ConSol Order Map available from the Find Order screen.
Different pin drop designs indicate the status of an order in the map search
Information regarding the time marked as onsite, contact details and order details are visible on when the order pin drop is selected.
Users can click on the order number to be directed straight to the order details page to view the order information.
Indicators identifying on-site users are visible in the Order details screen and Work In progress worklists
Indicators are also visible within the worklist in ConSol Mobile. Any order the logged-in user is marked as on-site for will appear at the top of the active orders worklist.
Other orders with users currently on-site appear next in the worklist.
Supplier users are required to mark themselves as off-site when leaving site and can do this in a few different ways:
- Manually selecting they are off-site from the floating menu
- Marking an order as Work Complete will automatically mark a user as off site.
- Marking yourself as on-site for a different order will clear your on-site flag from any other orders.
A push notification is triggered to on-site users to confirm that they are still on-site after four hours of inactivity
Once a user has been marked off-site, on-site indicators across ConSol worklists, map search and within ConSol Mobile disappear accordingly.
