In conjunction with your legal team, a generic list of contract clauses can be created in order to be associated with specific Supplier Contracts. This allows for the application of custom terms for individual orders. Once created, Clauses need to be activated before becoming available.
1. Select Components from the ConSol menu.
2. From the drop-down click Contract Clauses.
3. Click the icon in the Active column to either activate or deactivate a Contract Clause.

The green tick denotes active and the red cross denotes deactivated. Each click switches between the options.
