In conjunction with your legal team, a generic list of contract clauses can be created in order to be associated with specific Supplier Contracts. This allows for the application of custom terms for individual orders.
1. Select Components from the ConSol menu.
2. Click Contract Clauses.
3. Click Edit.
4. Edit the Contract Clause Name and Text as required.
Editing a Contract Clause will affect all future orders that reference this Clause and may affect existing orders. The best practice is to create a new clause to avoid an active order being incorrectly edited.
5. To save the changes, click Update.
The updated Contract Clause is now available to associate with specific Supplier Contracts and has been modified on all existing associated Supplier Contracts.
