A list of Forms is added to ConSol which can be linked to Service Categories or Items. Typical examples of their use are when a particular type of work requires a specific safety or inspection form to be completed whenever this work is carried out. An existing form can be edited if any details need to be changed.
1. Select Contracts from the ConSol menu.
2. Click Forms.
3. Fill in the search criteria as required.
4. Click Search.
5. Click the Edit link of the form you wish to modify.
6. Edit the details and/or behaviour of the Form.
7. Click the file icon next to Current Form to view a copy of the existing form.
8. Click Browse… to upload and replace the existing form with a new version.
9. Click Update.
