1. Select Components from the ConSol menu.
2. From the drop-down, select Service Categories.
3. Enter the search criteria as required:
- Schedule: Find Service Categories linked to the selected Schedule.
- Service Category: Find Service Categories with matching ID (partial match allowed).
- Brief Description: Find Service Categories with matching Description (partial match allowed).
- Active: Find Active only, Inactive only or All.
4. Click Search
NOTE:
You can see a list of the Items associated with a Service Category by clicking the number in Items column.

5. Click the icon in the Active column to either activate or deactivate a Service Category

The green tick denotes activated and the red cross denotes deactivated. Each click switches between active and deactivated.
