The ‘Team’ Dashboard is available to operational users who manage orders. It includes the following reports for all active orders being managed by the teams (workgroups) that the logged in user belongs to.
Broken down by Dashlet, here's what's included in the Company Overview Dashboard:
Late Work by Workgroup
This dashlet provides a visual display of the percentage of late orders within each Workgroup. This can be useful in assessing where resources and assistance may be needed.
Summary Stats by Workgroup
This dashlet provides a summary of information by Workgroup, including counts of orders, supplier, late orders and actions as well as sums of total order values including late orders.
Aged Tail by Team member
This dashlet enables users to view the total number of active orders that are late, and the total amount of active orders that have upcoming due dates, separated into time periods and by user. This clear view of individuals workloads can be useful in future scheduling and allocation of work within teams.
