1. Select Worklist on the ConSol menu.
2. From the drop-down, click All.
3. Scroll down to the Contracts section and click Compliance Certificates to be Verified.
4. Click Acquire or Action next to the Contract with documents that need to be verified.
- To view the details of the contract in a pop-up window, click the Contract #.
- To open a copy of the Supplier’s uploaded document/certificate, click View.
- To cancel and return to the Worklist, click Cancel.
- To reject the document/certificate, click Reject, enter the reason for rejecting the compliance document and click Submit.
- To accept the compliance document, click Accept.
5. Either select all contracts (click the checkbox at the top of the list) or click individual checkboxes to only select specific Contracts.
6. Click Submit to accept the compliance document for the selected Contracts.
Next Steps:
The Supplier will receive email notification of the acceptance of their compliance document/s.
